What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with children and young people aged 0-18 whose care plans involve long-term care or adoption
- Build strong, trusting relationships to help them achieve stability and positive outcomes
- Manage a caseload of looked after children, creating care plans and conducting reviews, assessments, and statutory visits
- Support Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC), with training provided for conducting age assessments
- Collaborate with carers, other professionals and services to safeguard children and promote permanency
