About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic ABA Tutor to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people with autism and additional learning needs in the Harrow area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of pupils through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies and personalised support. You will work closely with experienced clinicians, teachers, therapists, and families to help pupils develop communication, independence, social, and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA programmes under supervision
  • Support pupils with autism and associated needs within educational settings
  • Collect and record data accurately to monitor progress
  • Assist in implementing behaviour support plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and parents/carers
  • Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND/autism preferred
  • Understanding of ABA principles is desirable, but training can be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Education, ABA, or SEND support are advantageous
