About the Role As a Health Wellbeing Practitioner within CAMHS, you will: Deliver evidence-based low to medium intensity interventions to children and young people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties Support assessment, formulation, and care planning alongside senior clinicians Facilitate one-to-one and group-based therapeutic interventions Work collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies Contribute to safeguarding, risk assessment, and ongoing clinical reviews Help promote resilience, recovery, and improved wellbeing outcomes About You We’re looking for someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine compassion. You will ideally have: Experience working within CAMHS or children’s mental health services A background in health, social care, psychology, or related fields Strong communication and engagement skills with young people and families A good understanding of safeguarding and risk management Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team A proactive, flexible, and reflective approach to care Why This Role?
