Salary: £36,000 - £38,000
Social Personnel are recruiting for Supervising Social Worker for an Independent Fostering Agency based in West London.
Duties Include:
- Liaising with placing authorities to ensure child's care plan is followed through
- Annual foster carer reviews
- Manage a caseload of approved and registered foster carers
- Participate in the matching process
- Conduct assessments of prospective foster carers using BAAF Form F1 competency based assessment
Essential experience:
- 2 years experience working as a Fostering Social Worker - statutory or non-statutory
- Social Work England Registration
- Degree in Social Work
