- Previous Band 5 Pharmacy experience MMPT External Accreditation is essential (please note: internal hospital MMPT accreditation will not be accepted)
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
