The Opportunity: This opportunity will ideally suit an enthusiastic hands-on Marine electrical/electronics technician. You will be working within a small team with real responsibilities, and you will be encouraged to develop your technical skills through various on-the-job learning experiences.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Work as part of the Yacht Electrical & Electronics team
- Hands-on workshop panel building, wiring, soldering
- Onsite onboard wiring and electrical equipment installation
- Specification and ordering of components and equipment
- Commissioning, Customer Acceptance
- Overseas travel will be required from time to time to assist with electrical/electronic/pneumatic systems installations, commissioning, fault finding and diagnosis.
Our Requirements: Applicants should have a strong knowledge of electrical principles, practical hands-on experience along with an interest in yachts, sailing, yacht racing an advantage.
