We’re now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced carpenter to bring their skills into the marine industry and become part of our Boat Building Team — with full on-the-job training and support.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated carpenter with a strong background in domestic or commercial carpentry, who is eager to apply their expertise in a marine environment. Working alongside experienced marine engineers and fabricators, you’ll help fit out vessel interiors, including:

  • Kitchen and galley installations
  • Crew accommodation and living spaces
  • Wall panels, linings and bulkheads
  • Custom joinery and interior fittings
  • Doors, flooring and finishing work

What You’ll Do

  • Install, fit and finish interior carpentry elements onboard vessels
  • Work with marine-grade materials and specialist fittings
  • Interpret drawings and plans
  • Carry out adjustments and problem-solving during builds and refits
  • Collaborate closely with other trades and engineering teams on-site

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Carpenter
  • Experience in joinery, interior fit-out or site carpentry
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to marine standards and environments
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
