Remote Contract Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) – Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service
  • Strong understanding of HR setups: Jobs, Positions, Grade/Grade Rates, Salary Basis, People Management, Element Eligibility
  • Hands on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies
  • Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding)
  • Strong exposure to Client objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options)
  • Familiarity with Client setups – Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups
  • Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications
  • Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs
  • Experience in test cycles – Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs
  • Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls
  • Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Core HR, SSHR
  • Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation
  • Maintain and update HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, and Organization Hierarchies
  • Support functional testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel runs
  • Review HR processes, propose optimizations, and ensure best practices
  • Coordinate with Technical teams on integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports
  • Validate payroll calculations, costing, and end to end process flows
  • Support AME rules, workflow approvals, form personalizations (functional view)
  • Conduct HR data validations and support employee data corrections
  • Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and monthly releases
  • Create user training documents and provide end user training
  • Work with SOA/EDI/Network/IDM teams for functional coordination
  • Ensure compliance with HR audits, security reviews, and change management processes
