Responsibilities
- Provide L2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals following existing processes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues, including account setup, network configuration, and software/application issues.
- Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and driver updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services/issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams on escalated issues and ensure SLA compliance for tickets, escalations, and service requests.
- Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Technical Skills
- Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Endpoint management tools (SCCM / Intune)
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)
Language Skills
- Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 / N3 or equivalent preferred).
- Ability to communicate technical issues in Japanese and English.
