Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of delivery processes and workflows across engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure process adoption and continuous improvement
- Provide expert guidance on integrating AI into software development and testing pipelines
- Act as a change agent, driving technical excellence and process maturity
- Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clarity and impact
- Negotiate and align with stakeholders across departments
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering
- Strong hands‑on background in process design and delivery optimization
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
