Chartered Marketer and Head of Corporate Affairs, Diverse Academies Trust

At Diverse Academies Trust, we’re looking for a highly organised, digitally confident and proactive individual to join our corporate operations team as an executive business partner. This is a key role supporting our chief executive team, not just with high‑level executive assistance, but helping to connect priorities, streamline workflow, and drive forward our strategic objectives.

You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders, connecting priorities, challenging established practices and ensuring alignment with Trust objectives. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to a fast‑paced environment, using your initiative, Microsoft 365 skills and strategic thinking to make a real impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing seamless executive support to the C‑suite – managing diaries, preparing briefings and reports, coordinating meetings and ensuring follow‑up actions are delivered.
  • Helping to align work across different agendas and teams, connecting the dots and supporting strategic priorities.
  • Using digital tools (especially Microsoft 365) to improve workflows, streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Finding opportunities to automate, standardise and improve processes.
  • Supporting cross‑organisational projects and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Being a key member of the corporate operations team, working collaboratively, sharing ideas and helping others succeed.
  • Representing the C‑suite professionally, building strong relationships across the Trust and with external stakeholders.
  • Driving operational excellence through streamlined workflows and timely reporting to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Mentoring colleagues and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
