An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our On-Call team. We are currently seeking 2 resilient, flexible, and reliable individuals to join our team to provide effective support to enable people with a learning and/or physical disability to live their lives to the full.
Vacancy 1- 35 hours per week (average) 2 week rolling rota (shifts may vary)
Week 1 :
Sundays: 7am-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Monday)
Wednesdays : Midday- 10pm (On call overnight until 7am Thursday)
Fridays: Sundays: 7am-10pm
Week 2 :
Mondays : 5pm-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Tuesday)
Fridays: 7am-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Saturday)
Saturdays: 7am-5pm
Vacancy 2 – 37.5 hours per week (average) 2 week rolling rota (Shifts may vary )

Rate : £13.66 per hour
Night On-Call Retainer: £15 per night (weekdays) & £25 per night (weekends)
Overall purpose:
To provide effective support to enable people with a physical and/or learning disability to live their lives to the full and to provide emergency support when required. This role is perfect for you if you want to make a real impact to the individuals lives that we support.
This role requires staff to
- Support people with personal care
- Responding and arranging cover for staff sickness
- Admin duties
- Covering shifts in service
- Being able to respond to emergencies
- Collecting prescriptions
- Supporting staff over the phone or in service
