Hours: 19.5 hours per week, worked across 3 days

In this role, you will empower young adults' to express themselves, build confidence and experience joy in ways that would not be possible without your support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping young peoples' lives, helping them create memories that will last a lifetime.

What will you be doing?

  • Providehigh quality, person-centred carefollowing each individual care plan
  • Offercompassionate personal care(regulated activity) and support with daily routines forages 18-25 years old
  • Assist withnutrition needs - helping with eating, drinking and mealtime enjoyment.
  • You will be required to work across varied locations

What are we looking for?

  • A kind and compassionate individual with a genuine love for helping others
  • An adaptable individual with a passion to learn
  • UK Manual driving license
  • Experience providing personal care
