Join our amazing Transitions and Shapes Team where your compassion, creativity, and care make every day meaningful. At Diverse Abilities, we invest in you. You'll receive expert training from day one, plus ongoing development from qualified medical staff. We want our Complex Care Assistants to feel confident and supported. If you haven't completed your Level 3 Diploma yet, we'll fully fund and guide you through it.
In this role, you will empower young adults to express themselves, build confidence and experience joy in ways that would not be possible without your support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping young peoples' lives, helping them create memories that will last a lifetime.
What will you be doing?
- Provide high quality, person-centred care following each individual care plan
- Offer compassionate personal care (regulated activity) and support with daily routines for ages 18-25 years old
- Assist with nutrition needs - helping with eating, drinking and mealtime enjoyment
- You will be required to work across varied locations
What are we looking for?

- UK Manual driving licence
- Experience providing personal care
