Hours: 32.5 hours over 5 days in school holidays / 13 hours across 2 days during term time.

In this role, you will empower young adults to express themselves, build confidence and experience joy in ways that would not be possible without your support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping young peoples' lives, helping them create memories that will last a lifetime.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide high quality, person‑centred care following each individual care plan.
  • Offer compassionate personal care (regulated activity) and support with daily routines for ages 18‑25.
  • Assist with nutrition needs – helping with eating, drinking and mealtime enjoyment.
  • Work across varied locations.
