Part 3 architect

Divercity Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.

Divercity Architects is a RIBA Chartered practice based in East London, with an award-winning portfolio spanning hotels, housing, private residences and commercial and public spaces. We’re a small, dynamic studio delivering a bespoke, high-end service - and we’re growing our team to support ongoing and new international projects.

We’re looking for a Part 3 architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Part 3 experience to join us.

The role

You’ll contribute to projects from initial concept design through to on-site completion, developing designs, producing documentation and following projects through all stages - with the direction and support of a close-knit, experienced team. Availability to travel for on-site meetings and to visit suppliers, including internationally, is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• minimum two years’ post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice
• strong design skills and construction detailing knowledge
• a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
• proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, D5 Render (or similar), Affinity and Adobe Suite
• Grasshopper experience is an advantage
• proficiency with AI tools is an advantage

What we offer:

• a one-year contract, with the potential for a long-term position and increased responsibilities within the team;
• salary: £36,000-£44,000, based on experience and skill set;
• full-time, studio-based role;

The role is based in our East London studio, full time. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK; we are able to support visa sponsorship for this role.
