Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join the client-side team and help drive this landmark development from planning and design through construction and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams across the development lifecycle
• Manage consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
• Maintain programme, budget, risk and reporting controls
• Support procurement and delivery strategies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout planning and construction phases
• Drive project governance and executive-level reporting
• Ensure successful delivery against programme objectives, quality standards and commercial targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong client-side or consultancy project management background
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated success overseeing major office, mixed-use, infrastructure or high-rise developments
• Excellent commercial, contractual and programme management capability
• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

• Landmark commercial developments
• Financial services, corporate headquarters or mission-critical facilities
• High-value programmes (£500m+)
• London or internationally recognised city-centre developments
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and leading consultancies
