I’m supporting a leading construction consultancy that is continuing to expand its London team, and I’m looking to speak with experienced Senior Project Managers who have a strong background in data centre delivery, consultancy leadership, and high-value technical projects.
My client partners with major blue-chip organisations across the UK and Europe, providing cost management, project management, due diligence and strategic advisory services. They’re known for their high standards, highly capable teams and their ability to deliver complex projects with precision.
This role offers the chance to work closely with some of the best minds in the consultancy sector and to take ownership of significant data centre and mission-critical projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where quality, innovation and professional independence are genuinely valued.
What My Client Is Looking For
- A relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying
- 6+ years’ experience with a strong focus on data centres or mission-critical infrastructure
- Consultancy or client-side experience—this is essential; those from pure site backgrounds may be considered but consulting experience is prioritised
- Exposure to sectors such as infrastructure, renewables, energy or pharma is beneficial
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- High-quality reporting and presentation capability
- Proficiency in analysing and preparing construction programmes
- Understanding of critical MEP systems and commissioning processes
- Experience managing equipment vendors or coordinating specialist packages (advantageous)
- Strong contract administration knowledge (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- A driven, proactive mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues
