This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading UK-based technology services business, taking ownership of external customer project delivery excellence and best practice, leading the project management and portfolio office to ensure governance across the project lifecycle.
The role is hybrid working, based in either London or Lancashire, with occasional customer site travel as required. You will own and elevate end-to-end project delivery across a large-scale customer portfolio, driving measurable improvements through best-practice delivery frameworks, strong governance, and disciplined resource management.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience leading complex project delivery portfolios within technology or telecommunications services.
- Proven leadership of PMO/Portfolio Office and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Expertise in delivery governance, project controls, and delivery assurance.
- Track record in delivery improvement and maturity uplift.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial ownership at portfolio level.
- Senior stakeholder management and executive-level escalation experience.
Please note that this is a hybrid working position, able to commute to London or Lancashire 1-2 days per week. Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream project delivery and implementing best-practice delivery frameworks and improvement is essential.
