- Liaisewithcarriers,overseasoffices,partners,suppliersandinternalteamstosecurecompetitiveratesandserviceoptions.
- Respondpromptlytoquotationrequests,ensuringspeed,accuracyandprofessionalisminallcustomercommunication.
- Maintainandupdatepricingrecords,ratesheetsandcustomeragreements,ensuringminimalpricingrevisionsorerrors.
- Supporttendersubmissionsandcontractpricingactivitiesforkeyaccountswhererequired.
- Analyzemarkettrendsandcarrierratemovementstomaintaincompetitivenesswhilesupportingmargintargets.
- Ensureallquotationscomplywithcompanypolicies,servicestandardsandoperationalrequirements.
- Providecommercialinsights,marketfeedbackandperformanceupdatestosalesandmanagementteams.
- Meetorexceedmonthlyquotationvolumetargetswhilemaintaininghighservicequality.
Requirements:
- Minimumof2yearsexperienceinfreightpricing, quotes withinthelogisticsorfreightforwardingindustry.
- Strongunderstandingofairandoceanfreightoperations,pricingstructuresandcommercialdrivers.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
