Our client is a British multinational jeweller based in London. A vertically integrated company, our client operations comprise the design, manufacture and retail distribution of jewellery and watches. They are seeking an experienced Procurement specialist for their HQ in Central London. The successful candidate will be a commercial, passionate and dynamic individual to support the team and help drive daily operations forward with precision and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Procurement Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to leverage the product and industry knowledge to accomplish the following missions:
- Buying:
- Assist in facilitating the buying function of the team.
- Prepare and control physical stones for inspection.
- Organise returns of QC fails.
- Preparation of the buy sheets and the offer forms.
- Process final purchase paperwork.
- Track and audit GIA certificates.
- Quoting:
- Search current stock for client enquiries.
- Work with buyers to source hard to find requests.
- Liaise with design team to create specifications.
