A fantastic opportunity is available to work for out client a very high-end Jewellery company in West London. The Procurement team is responsible for the sourcing and selection of the stones before putting them into production according to business needs and priorities. Must be GIA Diamond qualified and to have a passion for Jewellery. The main responsibilities will be: * Support the Procurement Buyer in the planning, tracking and Shipping of Stones. * Arrange the allocation of Stones to production and liaise with all teams within manufacturing line to ensure smooth progress * Preparation of the Admin paperwork to support buy and production * Daily update of Procurement tracking files * Tracking of Production process and delivery * Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and must be organised, detailed-orientated, thorough and committed to accuracy. Will also be highly driven and self-motivated.
