Our client a high-end Jewellery company in West London is seeking a Junior Merchandising Assistant. The Merchandising Assistant will be part of the team and be responsible for the assortment and management of all product in the retail network. Will work to ensure that stores are supported with the right Merchandise at the right time while maintaining the integrity of the brand image. The team is focused on maximising stock, sales and sell-thru. The main duties for the role: * Provide daily support for store requests, deliveries, and stock requests to facilitate all selling efforts * Arrange regional Shipments by coordinating with the Shipping and Sales Liaison departments. * Support the Merchandising team with product presentations and coordinate photoshoots with the studio * Allocate and rebalance stock under the direction of the Merchandising team * Assist the Merchandising team in implementing regional pricing updates, conducting market research and competitor analysis. * Run daily and weekly sales and stock reports, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team. * Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. GIA proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and be detailed orientated, thorough and committed to accuracy. Must have an interest in Jewellery and basic Diamond knowledge will be beneficial. A first jobber in high-end retail or the Jewellery industry would suit most and have a head for analysis
