Our client is an established Fine Art Shipper based at Heathrow and is looking for a new team member to join the department as a Fine Art Export Coordinator, ideally with previous export art shipping experience.

Position Overview
The Fine Art Export Coordinator will manage the safe, compliant, and efficient export of artworks, antiques, and interior design objects to international destinations. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, knowledge of customs/export regulations, and the ability to coordinate with clients, galleries, shippers, and regulatory bodies to ensure items are transported securely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Mode of shipping: air, courier, road, and sea freight.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with fine art handlers, shipping agents, couriers, and freight forwarders to arrange safe and timely export.
- Track shipments and provide clients with clear updates and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
