Due to expansion an exciting position is available for a Fine Art Export Coordinator.
Our client are a leading fine art logistics and installation company, trusted by galleries, collectors, auction houses, and institutions across the UK and internationally. Our team specialises in the safe handling, transport, and installation of valuable artworks, interior design and antiques, delivering the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Position Overview
The Fine Art Export Coordinator will manage the safe, compliant, and efficient export of artworks, antiques, and interior design objects to international destinations. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, knowledge of customs/export regulations, and the ability to coordinate with clients, galleries, shippers, and regulatory bodies to ensure items are transported securely and on schedule.
Salary - Β£35k plus overtime
Office Based Feltham Middlesex
Excellent Prospects and progression are available
Hours Monday Friday 09.00-18.00
Key Responsibilities
o Prepare and review all export documentation, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
o Mode of shipping, air, courier, Road and Sea Freight.
o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
o Liaise with fine art handlers, shipping agents, couriers, and freight forwarders to arrange safe and timely export.
o Track shipments and provide clients with clear updates and documentation.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
o Resolve issues related to export delays, customs clearance.
o Maintain accurate and complete shipment records for audit and compliance purposes.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics, shipping
Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements.
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Operational systems BoxTop and E-customs knowledge would be helpful.
