Our client is an established Fine Art Shipper based at Heathrow who is looking for a new team member to join them to support the accounts department and assist with some HR functions. The successful office-based Accounts HR Administrator will ideally have some previous forwarding industry background/knowledge.
Salary: Β£30k-Β£35k depending on experience.
Office Based: Feltham, Middlesex
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00-18.00
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide administrative support across the Accounts and Human Resources functions within our freight forwarding operations. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of finance and HR processes, while also supporting the wider business as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Administration
- Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support receivable functions
- Invoicing
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment administration
- Coordinate training records and compliance documentation
- Support HR policies and procedures administration
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar environment
- Exposure to accounts and/or HR administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
