Duties for the
- Courier Operations Coordinator
- Helping to organise the courier team
- Keeping an excel spreadsheet of orders
- Stocktaking end of each month
- Picking and packing orders
- Dealing with constant online orders
- Raising house AWB using the in house system courier navigator
- Tracking the shipments and updating clients
- Speak to clients and take orders over the phone
- Giving out quotes for specific shipments
Experience and Skills for the

- Excellent Verbal and Written comms skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic IT skills, Excel & Word experience
