The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Term time only plus one week (40 weeks). SASH Education Trust is seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised Attendance Administrator to join our vibrant secondary school. The individual must be able to provide an efficient and effective level of support to the Academy, The Local Governing Board and other senior leaders in the academy. Our relentless approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and improving student attendance and punctuality across the school.
  • Liaising with parents, carers, and staff to address attendance and punctuality concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring all attendance procedures support safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Initiating appropriate sanctions in liaison with relevant colleagues and other professionals.
  • Supporting whole-school initiatives to promote good attendance.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with safeguarding and knowledge of school attendance policies (preferred).
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
