As a member of our team, you will represent a venue synonymous with exclusivity, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Transform opportunities into confirmed bookings for corporate and social events as well as film shoots
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and local agents to ensure repeat business
- Monitor local competitors and marketplace news to Identify and new sales leads
- Maintain CRM and reports accuracy, prepare detailed proposals, and issue contracts and event sheets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or events sales
- Good verbal and written English. Listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Natural Hospitality Traits
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM software. Knowledge of other applications such as Canva and Excel would be a plus
