The predicted salary is between 36000 - 42000 £ per year.

Location: Home-based with travel to client’s offices in London and Surrey as and when required. Based in the Southwest London/Kingston/Surrey area.

Hours: 25 hours/week. Flexible about how these hours are worked as long as meet client’s needs and deadlines. Ideally worked over 4-5 days a week.

Salary: c£45,000 - £50,000 per annum, pro-rata for 25 hours/week, depending on experience.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant who specialises in Learning & Development and Coaching to join our friendly, supportive team.

The role involves leading on learning, development and coaching solutions for a varied client base, while also providing senior-level generalist HR support. This is a hands-on, client-facing consultancy role with responsibility for:

  • Designing and delivering L&D strategies, workshops and development programmes
  • Conducting training needs analysis and building development frameworks
  • Providing performance, leadership and career coaching
  • Delivering strategic and operational HR support across the employee life-cycle
  • Managing client relationships and supporting new business activity

About you: You’ll be a confident, credible HR professional with a passion for learning and development.

  • Coaching qualification
  • Significant experience in L&D design and delivery
  • Strong performance and career coaching background
  • Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills
  • HR consultancy and/or SME experience
