Overview

Sales Manager Energy Solutions – Location: Work From Home. Attending the Wolverhampton office on rare occasions / once a week.

Salary: Base up to £55,000 with realistic earnings exceeding £100,000+.

Benefits: Company Car (BMW iX1) + Fuel card, Pension scheme, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, and Healthcare.

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the energy sector and a knack for building lasting client relationships? We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth across the void energy and social housing markets. This is a hands-on role where you will shape strategy, close deals, and represent a forward-thinking brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts across social housing, local authority, and energy markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and expand market share
  • Build strong relationships with housing associations, councils, energy providers, and contractors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates

Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, in energy or social housing markets
  • Experience with void energy services or tailored energy solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous Sales Management experience of key accounts and mentoring others
  • FULL UK driving license (with no more than 9 points)

Desirable Requirements

  • An established network of contacts in energy or housing sectors
  • Knowledge of UK energy and housing regulations
