Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support, maintain, and commission a range of electroâmechanical and softwareâdriven systems. This fieldâbased position combines remote diagnostics, onâsite technical work, customer interaction, and occasional installation activity. You will work within a wider service function to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and in line with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and commissioning across a varied product range.
- Provide technical support via phone, remote access tools, and site visits.
- Diagnose faults efficiently and aim for firstâtime resolution wherever possible.
- Assist with system installations, configuration, testing, and customer handover.
- Maintain accurate job sheets, time logs, and service documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
