We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Landscaping Operatives to join our clients team in Northampton. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant, high-quality outdoor spaces in a variety of settings, including new build developments. If you are passionate about landscaping and thrive in outdoor environments, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities for Landscaping Operatives:
- Planting and maintaining flower beds, living walls, hedges, and other soft landscaping features.
- Turfing and managing different types of turf and soil (knowledge in this area is a plus but not essential).
- Operating landscaping equipment, including Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers, and other small plant tools.
- Ensuring high standards of work are consistently met, aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
Requirements for Landscaping Operatives:
- A valid driving license.
- A valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in soft landscaping.
- Familiarity with planting, turfing, and general landscaping techniques.
- Proficiency in the safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
