We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Landscaping Operatives to join our clients team in Northampton. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant, high-quality outdoor spaces in a variety of settings, including new build developments. Key Responsibilities for Landscaping Operatives:

  • Planting and maintaining flower beds, living walls, hedges, and other soft landscaping features.
  • Turfing and managing different types of turf and soil (knowledge in this area is a plus but not essential).
  • Operating landscaping equipment, including Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers, and other small plant tools.
  • Ensuring high standards of work are consistently met, aligned with project requirements and client expectations.

Requirements for Landscaping Operatives:

  • A valid driving license.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in soft landscaping.
  • Familiarity with planting, turfing, and general landscaping techniques.
  • Proficiency in the safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 16:00
  • Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
