We have an exciting new vacancy as an Emergency Lighting Engineer, with a clear route of progression offered to the right candidate. Job role includes electrical maintenance and service on Emergency Lighting and Electrical Systems across West London.

Responsibilities

  • To complete monthly service & maintenance works
  • Installation of Emergency Lighting
  • Replace failed equipment, lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self-certified limit)
  • First time rectification of failed services under self-certified limit
  • To liaise with office staff and supervisors to assist in the resolving of queries
  • Document all relevant information on the app
  • Work in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the current regulations
  • Have a good understanding of Emergency Lighting and be able to identify/report faults
  • Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual emergency lighting tests

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification Diploma level 3 (MINIMUM)
  • 18th edition wiring regulations (would consider with 17th)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in electrical maintenance
