DescriptionAs Disturbia grows, we\’re looking for a highly creative, social obsessed Social Co‐ordinator to support the Social Media Manager in delivering standout content across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Have a constant bank of original creative ideas to move our aesthetic on!

Maintain a strong bank of creative, trend‐led content ideas that resonate with our customer

Coordinate and execute weekly IG and TikTok shoots in line with the marketing calendar

Film, shoot and edit social‐first content (Reels, TikToks, short‐form video)

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and feels original and engaging

Edit all Reels/TikToks with appropriate sounds, captions and formatting

Support wider teams with social concepts for campaigns, collaborations, launches and key business moments

Sourcing and briefing external content creators to produce high‐quality, on‐brand UGC that is fit for purpose across social and marketing channels

Act as a brand ambassador on shoots with talent, agents and partner brands

Social Planning & Posting

Support the daily management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest

Assist with planning and executing the social content calendar

Write engaging captions and supporting CRM copy where required

Maximise campaign performance through strategic posting

Manage the posting schedule during annual leave periods

Engage with the community (comments, DMs, interactions) in line with brand tone of voice

Insights & Organisation

Conduct ongoing trend and sound research

Review weekly and monthly performance reports and apply learningsMaintain awareness of paid ad performance and top‐performing creatives

Support social analysis and reporting

Organise and maintain the social team\’s SharePoint

Distribute final content to Graphics, Ecom and relevant teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Passionate about social media, culture and emerging trends

Deeply immersed in internet culture and chronically online in the best way

Strong video and photo editing skills (TikTok, iPhone, VHS, digi cam, etc.)

Highly organised with excellent time management

Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing a reactive content calendar

Collaborative and confident working cross‐functionally

Strong interpersonal skills and confident representing the brand externally

Results‐driven, with an interest in performance and measurable impact

This is not an entry level role, you need 2+ years experience in a similar role. Applications without portfolio links / work examples will not be excepted.
