This role sits within the Brand team, under the Social Media Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end execution of influencer activity – focused on sourcing talent, briefing creators, managing gifting, and ensuring content is delivered and handed over efficiently to the social and digital team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach
    • Identify and source relevant influencers and emerging talent across key social platforms
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse creators aligned with brand campaigns and key product drops
    • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, agents, and managers
    • Proactively stay on top of social trends, viral moments, and new talent & product placement opportunities
  • Influencer Briefing & Campaign Execution
    • Lead day-to-day communication with influencers, agents, and managers
    • Send clear and detailed briefs to talent, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and creative direction
    • Manage paid and organic collaborations from outreach through to completion
    • Support contract creation and ensure all deliverables are agreed and documented
  • Gifting & Product Coordination
    • Coordinate all influencer gifting, including product selection in line with stock availability and campaign focus
    • Liaise with digital and social teams to ensure correct product allocation
    • Oversee packing, shipping, and tracking of all influencer send-outs
    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and gifting activity
  • Content Management & Delivery
    • Proactively follow up with influencers to ensure content is delivered on time and to brief
    • Review incoming content to ensure it meets brand and campaign requirements
    • Organise and hand over approved content to the Ads/Social team
    • Keep internal teams updated on content status and campaign progress
    • Budget management for all campaigns
  • Reporting & Tracking
    • Track influencer activity, deliverables, and performance metrics
    • Support weekly and monthly reporting on influencer campaigns
    • Monitor what content and talent are performing best to inform future selections
  • Administration & Team Support
    • Manage day-to-day admin including agreements and invoices
    • Propose exclusive talent where needed
    • Maintain accurate tracking across platforms – Wrike etc
    • Support the wider team during campaign launches, events, and busy periods

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR
  • Strong understanding of influencer landscape and social platforms
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and comfortable managing talent
  • Highly data orientated
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on performance-driven content
  • Passion for social media, trends, and creator culture
