As E-Commerce Content Production Manager, you will lead and own the production of all e-commerce imagery for Disturbia. From managing global freelance creative teams to curating a diverse and high-performing model network, you'll ensure every product is brought to life in a way that’s brand-aligned, visually impactful, and commercially effective. You’ll also spearhead the evolution of our visual style guide to keep our content innovative, conversion-focused, and ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production & Process Ownership: Oversee and manage the timely production of on-brand e-commerce imagery for all product categories. Lead seasonal and weekly planning and scheduling to meet product launches and deadlines. Ensure consistent execution across all shoots through robust digital workflow, archiving systems, and production pipelines.
  • Style Guide Ownership: Own and continuously evolve the Disturbia E-Com Style Guide, ensuring it is up to date, conversion-optimised, and includes comprehensive standards for shot style, count, lighting, model posing, retouching, workflow, naming conventions and file structure. Ensure all creative partners are trained and aligned with the guide.
  • Talent Management: Source, cast and maintain a diverse and on-brand global model network. Build strong relationships with photographers, stylists, MUAs, and other creative freelancers and studios across markets. Maintain high performance and consistency in creative output, with access to exclusive and unique model talent. Manage and lead a growing in house production team.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with the Buying and Design teams to ensure products are styled and presented in line with their design intent and customer appeal. Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure creative lifestyle and brand-led assets are captured during e-commerce shoots where applicable. Work closely with the E-Commerce Director to ensure content is optimised for click-through and conversion.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimisation: Lead reporting on key performance indicators: reshoot rates, time-to-site, cost-per-style, model performance and conversion metrics. Regularly review performance data and propose enhancements to improve commercial and visual outcomes.
  • Innovation & Creative Development: Proactively suggest and implement new ideas to evolve the e-commerce imagery style in line with industry trends and customer expectations. Keep Disturbia’s content ahead of the market through innovative visual storytelling and continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the seasonal content production budget. Ensure all shoots are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce content production in a fashion consumer brand.
  • Strong background in photographic production, or creative operations.
  • Exceptional understanding of what drives e-commerce performance through imagery.
  • Experience casting models and working with diverse talent across global markets.
  • Confident managing budgets, talent, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a calm and solutions-focused approach.
  • Creative eye with commercial instinct, able to balance brand expression with conversion goals.
