Disturbia is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and develop a team of ten designers. Reporting to the Design Director, you will shape day-to-day people leadership, workflow and performance to deliver high-quality work.
This hands-on role requires strong fashion design knowledge, the ability to review work, provide credible feedback and translate a creative vision into clear briefs while ensuring delivery aligns with plans and commercial priorities.
