We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented logistics professional to join our team as a Logistics Co‑ordinator. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, ensuring that every aspect of our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics Manager in ensuring all warehouse activity operates at peak efficiency in line with our commercial strategy across all areas of our warehousing and fulfilment operations.
- First line contact and support for all logistics partner operations.
- Liaise with our logistics partners to ensure all pick pack / dispatch operation KPI’s are met through the communication of accurate forecasts, monitoring of performance and visibility into staffing / targets, with solution driven activity and planning throughout peak periods.
- Work with the E‑Commerce team and logistics partners to ensure the timely receipt of all inbound stock to support all marketing activity and product launches through consistent management of the goods in process, including delivery schedule maintenance, communication and triaging.
- Inspect and reconcile inventories and shipments.
- Work with the E‑Commerce and Customer Service teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities across all areas of consumer customer experience.
- Support with the future needs and maintenance of all consumable and packaging inventory levels.
- Assist with the freight forwarding and international shipment of goods into the business with a focus on cost and time efficiency.
- Support the Accounts team through reconciliation of activity reports.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years experience in a logistics role, ideally with some experience in a warehouse.
- Strong Excel skills with ability to analyse data and provide actionable insight.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Impeccable level of accuracy – meticulous attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and progress within the company.
- Have a positive attitude with a thorough approach to problem‑solving.
- Awareness of Data Protection and handling confidential information.
