As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the face of our lettings business, helping landlords find the right tenants and ensuring a smooth, efficient rental process from start to finish. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with opportunities for growth and high earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering and managing enquiries from prospective tenants
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
  • Advising landlords on market conditions and rental values
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies between landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating tenancy paperwork, referencing, and compliance checks
  • Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy period
  • Keeping property listings up to date on portals and agency systems
  • Representing the Company professionally in the local market

  • Experienced in residential lettings
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
