Responsibilities:
β Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students.
β Assess students\β current knowledge and skills to develop personalised lesson plans.
β Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of each student.
β Help students improve their study habits and organisational skills.
β Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
β Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students\β academic success.
β Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and learning strategies.
Skills:
β Special education experience is preferred but not required.
β Experience working with children of different age groups and learning abilities.
β Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
β Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
β Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a positive rapport with students.
β Knowledge of tutoring techniques and educational resources.
β Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
