Functional Skill Level 2/ GCSE English Tutors in West Cumbria

Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students.
– Assess students\’ current knowledge and skills to develop personalised lesson plans.
– Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of each student.
– Help students improve their study habits and organisational skills.
– Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
– Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students\’ academic success.
– Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and learning strategies.

Skills:
– Special education experience is preferred but not required.
– Experience working with children of different age groups and learning abilities.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a positive rapport with students.
– Knowledge of tutoring techniques and educational resources.
– Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
