The predicted salary is between 18450 - 22550 £ per year.
We are seeking two dedicated and versatile individuals to join our supportive school community. This unique role combines classroom support with essential lunchtime responsibilities, making you a vital part of our pupils' entire school day.
Working Hours
This position covers two key areas of school life:
- Learning Assistant Level 2: 28.75 hours per week. Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Midday Supervisor: 2.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Learning: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging curriculum content and support individual or small groups of children with targeted interventions.
- Lunchtime Care: Provide supervision during playtimes and lunchtimes to maintain a safe, happy environment.
- Promote Wellbeing: Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and providing pastoral care.
- School Standards: Consistently implement the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies while promoting an inclusive environment.
