About the role

Coordinate all temporary works activities within Aureos’s principal contractor area or site. Establish, maintain and monitor the project temporary works register. Liaise with clients, principal designers, permanent works designers, temporary works designers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure temporary works information is accurate, complete and shared with the right stakeholders. Ensure temporary works designs are properly checked, approved, recorded and communicated before implementation. Confirm that required client and third-party approvals are received in line with contract requirements. Support safe delivery on site by ensuring supervisors receive the correct design information, limitations, residual risks, guidance notes, method statements, inspection plans and quality checklists. Coordinate checks, inspections and tests at appropriate stages and ensure permits to load, proceed, unload or take temporary works out of use are issued where required. Review proposed changes to materials, construction methods or site conditions against the certified design and ensure appropriate action is taken. Help ensure temporary works are maintained during use, dismantled safely and documented appropriately for the health and safety file. Check that Temporary Works Coordinators and Temporary Works Supervisors operate in accordance with approved procedures.
