Distribution Supplies Group Limited is a company comprising three trading distribution companies specializing in bulk supply of WALL & FLOOR TILES.

We aim to expand our business by leveraging underexploited opportunities and income streams related to our products.

We seek a capable individual with a proven track record in business development to bring expertise and experience to further develop the PORCELGRES branded products.

The role involves selling and brokering pallet and full trailer sales of our product portfolio, which includes wall & floor tiles & patio tiles for domestic & commercial applications.

The primary focus will be increasing our market share in WALES & THE SOUTHWEST, targeting our existing customer base of tile shops and distributors through hard selling strategies.

The geographic area covers from just south of Birmingham along the M5 corridor to the southwest, and west of Swindon along the M4. Applicants located in the Cardiff/Avon area are ideally positioned to cover this region.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of taking control of the task, developing opportunities, and establishing a profitable sector for PORCELGRES.

We are prepared to invest further in the successful individual and accelerate growth once the sector is established.

The applicant must demonstrate success in previous roles, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and be hands-on in all aspects required to make the position successful.

As the business expands, strong man-management skills will be necessary to lead and motivate a sales team to further grow our business.

Applicants from all market sectors with experience in field-based roles, living within a reasonable distance of the territory (preferably along the M4 west of Swindon to South Wales), are encouraged to apply.

The salary is circa Β£35,000-Β£50,000 OTE.
