SALES OFFICE CLERK
Job description
Sales Office Clerk required to process customers telephone orders & enquiries using Sage & Excel, candidate must be methodical & able to process the full audit trail through to invoice & despatch documentation.
Some credit control work & general stock management systems & must be a team player working in a small office of 3 co-workers.
Applicant must be numerate & have reasonable computer skills with a good telephone manner.
Role involves liaising with the Sales force & taking customer orders & following sales audit trail from order processing to despatch & ultimately to delivery with all associated tasks including invoicing & stock control.
We are a Tile wholesaler & retailer & is a mid size company so a general ability & flexibility to get involved in other administrative roles as required.
Hours 0900-1730 Monday - Friday 5 days week with 4 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays.
