The Role
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Showroom Sales professional to help lead the day-to-day operation of one of our retail showrooms. You will assist in driving sales performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to the management of the showroom to achieve targets while upholding our standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom sales team to maximise performance and deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive sales results through effective team coaching, floor presence, and personal selling when required.
- Ensure the showroom is presented to a consistently high standard, including product displays, stock accuracy, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets and take proactive action to close gaps.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and complex sales situations with professionalism and commercial awareness.
- Maintain high standards of operational compliance, including health & safety, cash handling, and company procedures.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on performance, customer trends, and operational issues.
