About The Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, we are seeking a creative, motivated and collaborative Channel Marketing Assistant to support our channel marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a keen eye for detail and looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including creating digital campaigns, supporting with exciting projects and working with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Marketing Assistance
- Support the content marketing executive with content creation for digital campaigns and maintaining the content calendar.
- Attend planning meetings and contributing creative ideas.
- Producing monthly social media performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve future campaigns.
- Writing engaging blogs and creating a variety of content from these blogs.
- Assisting with video filming and editing.
- Regularly reviewing vendor content and creating Distology led content from this.
- Maintaining the Distology brand and tone of voice in all content and messaging.
• Data Entry & CRM Management
- Enter marketing leads into Salesforce, collected from events and marketing activities.
• Event Planning & Project Management
- Assist the Channel Marketing Executive with event logistics, including venue finding, obtaining quotes, creating project schedules, and producing promotional material.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive recruitment for events.
- Help plan and execute events in the UK, Benelux and DACH including post-event debriefs and planning for future events.
• Company Culture Activities
- Supporting with coordinating internal events, celebrations and employee activities, to promote and drive team culture and engagement.
• Marketing Stock Management
- Management of both Distology and vendor marketing stock in the stockroom, ensuring supplies are organised and well-maintained.

- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Basic skills using Canva and Adobe Premier Pro.
