The Role
As a Solution Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers while actively driving sales performance across your portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine strategic oversight with day-to-day team support—helping your team identify, develop, and expand relationships with vendors, resellers, and end users. You will bring experience within the IT Channel and a passion for leadership, using your expertise to inspire your team, build strong pipelines, and deliver consistent growth. This role is ideal for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where leadership and commercial impact go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Specialists / Channel Account Managers
- Set clear targets, goals, and objectives in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Drive team performance through coaching, regular 1:1s, and ongoing development
- Support your team in growing and managing their account base
- Build and maintain strong relationships across vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to enhance product and solution knowledge
- Foster a culture of collaboration across sales and wider business functions
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across your team and partners
- Act as a key link between vendors and partners, ensuring true value is delivered
- Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to sales and leadership

- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role within the IT Channel
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Experience managing and growing a high-performing sales team
