About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. Your focus will be on strengthening these relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping partners fully leverage our vendor portfolio to maximise mutual value and long‑term success. You’ll be responsible for both account management and commercial performance—balancing day‑to‑day partner engagement with a proactive approach to revenue growth. • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and partner success
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement through upsell, cross‑sell, and new initiatives
  • Deliver against revenue and GP targets

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within your partner base
  • Align partner activity with Distology’s broader business objectives
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver joint go‑to‑market campaigns
  • Support partners in developing their cybersecurity offerings and capabilities
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, vendor, and technical teams
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring alignment and support
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve partner programmes and processes
  • Track performance, pipeline, and partner activity accurately
  • Use internal systems and tools effectively
  • Ensure a consistent and professional partner experience

  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing at pace
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or distribution (preferred but not essential)

  • 25 days holiday (increasing with tenure) + ability to buy/sell days
  • Birthday off
  • Health
