The Account Executive will play a fundamental role in the growth of Distinctive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and shape a role and a team.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a hugely diverse and varied role. The purpose of this role is to develop and manage product offers and work closely with our clients to improve sales performance and service. This will involve monitoring performance metrics to measure against financial goals, keeping up to date with industry trends and preparing and leading suppliers and customers meetings.
In order to succeed in this role, you will have:- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good commercial acumen and desire to pursue a commercial career
- A background in grocery retail or consumer goods and understand basic concepts in this sector
- Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Good numerical skills and attention to details
- Good team player willing to roll-up their sleeves
Our office is based in Lichfield and the ideal candidate will be Midland based. Work is hybrid and some travel necessary so a UK driving license is required.
